William Morrow upholds its 80-year legacy of bringing the highest quality fiction and nonfiction to the broadest possible audience.
Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor engaged in a tug-of-war over a pricey diamond necklace that Jackson used to persuade Taylor into participating in his 30th anniversary special in 2009. According to Jackson's former personal manager Frank Cascio, Taylor thought the borrowed bauble was a gift and was horrified when the jeweler asked for it back. Jacko had to apologize to her for the mix-up. Cascio has signed with William Morrow for his memoir, "My Friend Michael: Growing Up With the King of Pop," due in the fall. A portion of his proceeds will benefit children's charities. - NY Post
