Charles Saatchi
Tracy Emin—I've got it all, inkject print photography (2000)
Asadorian-Mejia - REALITY TV producers, at least in Britain, have finally figured out that real artists might be more interesting than aspiring cooks ("Top Chef"), fashion designers ("Project Runway") and catwalkers ("America's Next Top Model"). Six hopeful artists are toiling away this summer in studios in East London, the Transracial blog reports, creating works that will be judged by collector Charles Saatchi and other art world stars such as Tracy Emin. Next fall, their efforts will be turned into "Best of Britain," four one-hour episodes culminating with a Saatchi-sponsored group show, and the selection of a winner who'll be exhibited at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg.
